TeleChoice International Limited announced the creation of separate Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee to replace its combined Nominating and Remuneration Committee, effective May, 25 2026.

The new Nominating Committee will be chaired by Stephen Yeo, with Ronald Seah and Adrian Chan as members.

The new Remuneration Committee will also be chaired by Stephen Yeo, with Stephen Miller and Adrian Chan as members.

Following the restructuring, the company confirmed the composition of its Board, Audit Committee, Risk and Sustainability Committee, and Executive Committee, all taking effect on the same date.
