Tosei Corporation (8923) said the tender offer for investment units of SANKEI REAL ESTATE, Inc. (2972) carried out through funds managed by its subsidiary Tosei Asset Advisors closed on May, 18 2026 without meeting the minimum acceptance threshold.

The offer, which began on Jan, 7 2026 and was extended to May, 18 2026, required a minimum number of units to be tendered for any purchases to occur. Because that condition was not satisfied, none of the tendered units will be bought.

Tosei noted that the result is expected to have an immaterial impact on its consolidated financial results for the current fiscal year.
