BAYZED HEALTH (02609) announced that Mr. Fan Kunkun has tendered his resignation as joint company secretary of the company, effective from October 14, 2025. Following Mr. Fan's resignation, Mr. Yao Le has been appointed as joint company secretary, effective from October 14, 2025. Ms. Chen Shiting has tendered her resignation from (i) joint company secretary; (ii) authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) agent for service of process and notices in Hong Kong as required under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from October 14, 2025. Following Ms. Chen's resignation, Ms. Fang Xilin has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, effective from October 14, 2025. Mr. Zhao Yongkai will continue to serve as another authorized representative.
