Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited (WHARF REIC) filed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 30 April 2026, showing stable capital metrics across the board.

Authorised Share Capital • Authorised capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. No changes were recorded during the month.

Issued Share Capital • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood unchanged at 3.04 billion. • The company held zero treasury shares, and no shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased in April. Consequently, total issued share capital remains 3.04 billion shares.

Share Option Scheme Activity • Outstanding options under the 9 May 2023 Share Option Scheme totalled 3.50 million at both the beginning and end of April. • No option exercises occurred; therefore, no new shares were issued and WHARF REIC raised no funds from option exercises during the month. • As of 30 April 2026, up to 1.40 million shares could still be issued upon the exercise of existing options, while the scheme’s remaining capacity allows for potential future grants equivalent to 300.12 million shares.

Public-Float Confirmation • The board confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent public-float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

No warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued during the reporting period, and there were no other movements affecting the company’s share structure.
