ZHENRO PPT (06158) has announced its sales figures for the period ending June 30, 2026.

For the month of June 2026, the group, including its joint ventures and associates, achieved contracted sales of approximately RMB 392 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 2.49%.

The contracted sales area for the month was about 18,714 square meters, with an average selling price of around RMB 20,900 per square meter.

For the first six months of 2026, the group's cumulative contracted sales amounted to roughly RMB 2.12 billion, marking a 10.44% decline compared to the same period last year.

The total contracted sales area for the half-year period was approximately 136,700 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 15,500 per square meter.
