Gemilang International Limited (6163) announced that its 2025 Annual Report and the Circular for its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) have been published. Both English and Chinese versions are available on the company’s website (http://www.gml.com.my) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

According to the notification dated 24 February 2026, non-registered shareholders may request printed versions if they have difficulty viewing these documents electronically. To do so, shareholders can complete and sign the accompanying request form, then send it to the branch share registrar by mail or email. The company will provide the printed copies free of charge.

Non-registered shareholders are also advised to contact their intermediaries—such as banks, brokers, or custodians—if they wish to receive future corporate communications in electronic format by providing a functional email address. Otherwise, notices of publication will be provided only in printed form until a valid email address is received.
