Xunfei Healthcare Technology Co., Ltd. announced that Dr. Liu Wei has resigned as Board secretary, joint company secretary, and authorised representative, effective 24 July 2026, due to changes in work arrangements.

Dr. Liu confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention. The Board expressed its gratitude for her service.

With Dr. Liu’s departure, only Ms. Yeung Siu Lam remains as company secretary. While Ms. Yeung meets the professional qualifications under Listing Rule 3.28, the resignation leaves the company with a single authorised representative, resulting in non-compliance with HKEX Listing Rule 3.05, which mandates two authorised representatives.

Xunfei Healthcare stated it will appoint a new authorised representative within three months to restore compliance and will issue further announcements when appropriate.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises one executive director (Dr. Tao Xiaodong), three non-executive directors (Dr. Liu Qingfeng, Mr. Zhao Zhiwei, Mr. Duan Dawei) and three independent non-executive directors (Prof. Wang Yang, Prof. Zhao Huifang, Mr. Tan Ching).
