MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced on Feb, 27 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has issued the third and fourth series of unsecured commercial paper in the form of digital security tokens under its 200 million Singapore dollars programme.

The Series 003 Notes carry an interest rate of 3.85% per year, mature three months from issuance and are expected to raise between 50 million and 80 million Singapore dollars.

The Series 004 Notes offer an interest rate of 4.25% per year, mature 364 days from issuance and are projected to raise between 20 million and 50 million Singapore dollars.

Both series will be placed with accredited and institutional investors and listed on the ADDX Exchange. The company said it will provide further updates on any material developments related to the programme.
