On 10 November 2025, WuXi Biologics (Cayman) Inc. disclosed a change in its issued share capital. The total number of issued shares rose from 4,075,052,254 to 4,079,107,254 following the issuance of shares under a Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on 5 January 2016 (as amended on 10 August 2016).

A total of 55,000 newly issued shares were allotted at HKD 1.41 per share, representing approximately 0.00135% of the previously issued share count. An additional 4,000,000 shares were issued at HKD 1.29 each, representing approximately 0.09816% of the previous total. The resulting closing balance of issued shares stands at 4,079,107,254.
