Hong Kong, 1 June 2026—Tai United Holdings Limited reported no movements in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised Capital • Ordinary shares: 34.57 billion shares at HKD 0.05 par value, amounting to HKD 1.73 billion. • Convertible preference shares: 5.43 billion shares at the same par value, totalling HKD 0.27 billion. • Combined authorised capital: HKD 2.00 billion, unchanged from the previous month.

Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued ordinary shares stood at 5.25 billion, with zero treasury shares, mirroring the April closing balance. • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement.

Equity Instruments and Potential Dilution • No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued or cancelled during the month. • Although the outstanding share-option balance was zero, the existing scheme (approved 17 September 2015) still allows the company to issue up to 525.00 million shares in future, representing a potential 10.00 % dilution relative to current issued capital, should the full mandate be utilised.

Overall, Tai United maintained a static capital structure throughout May, with all regulatory float thresholds met and no equity dilution events recorded.
