Hong Kong, 25 May 2026 — ENN Energy’s ongoing privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement recorded a minor yet notable share acquisition by Wellington Management Group LLP, a class-(6) associate of the offeree company.

On 22 May 2026, Wellington Management purchased 76 American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of ENN Energy at USD 29.40 per share. Following the transaction, the investment manager’s aggregate holding increased to 70.72 million shares, representing 6.25% of ENN Energy’s issued share capital.

The dealings were executed on behalf of discretionary investment clients and reported under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. Wellington Management Group LLP is ultimately owned by Wellington Management Company LLP.
