China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec) has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.112 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval, with the meeting date yet to be confirmed.

The Hong Kong share register will close from 10 June to 16 June 2026. Key timetable details are as follows: • Ex-dividend date: 8 June 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 9 June 2026 (16:30) • Record date: 16 June 2026 • Payment date: 26 June 2026

Dividend payments to Hong Kong-listed H-share investors will be converted into Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate will be announced separately.

Withholding tax arrangements are tiered: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% withholding. • Non-resident individual shareholders resident in Hong Kong, Macau or treaty countries with a 10% rate: 10% withholding. • Individuals from jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate or no treaty: 20% withholding. • Mainland investors holding H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% withholding for individuals and funds; domestic enterprises to self-report. • Hong Kong Stock Exchange investors in A-shares via Stock Connect: 10% withholding.
