Hong Kong-listed StarGlory Holdings Company Limited disclosed that it received a letter from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 4 November 2026 stating the company has “failed to maintain a sufficient level of operations and assets of sufficient value” required under GEM Listing Rule 17.26. As a result, the Exchange has decided that trading in StarGlory’s shares will be suspended from 16 November 2026 under Rule 9.04(3), unless the decision is successfully reviewed.
If the suspension takes effect, StarGlory must re-comply with Rule 17.26, satisfy any resumption guidance to be set by the Exchange, and fully meet all GEM Listing Rule requirements before trading can resume. Under Rule 9.14A(1), the Exchange is empowered to cancel the company’s listing if the suspension lasts 12 consecutive months.
StarGlory has the right to request a review by the GEM Listing Committee. Any such request must be lodged by 13 November 2026—seven business days from the decision date. Trading in the company’s shares will continue until the review outcome is determined or the review period lapses.
The board, led by Chairman and Executive Director Zhang Tao, is consulting external advisers and “will actively consider” filing for a review. The company has committed to issuing further announcements on any material developments.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in StarGlory securities.
