On March 14 at 9:00 AM, the 2026 Spring Large-Scale Job Fair, along with the "Career Leads Future" national city tour recruitment event, will commence at Hall 8 of the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. The job fair features two main sections: a comprehensive recruitment zone and a dedicated area for university graduates. More than 480 well-known enterprises, including Kuaishou, Li Auto, Songyan Power, and the Aviation Science Research Institute, will provide 23,000 high-quality job openings. On-site activities such as "New Career Bazaars" and "Quick Training to Employment" will also be organized, allowing job seekers to experience emerging professions and access career guidance and policy consultations.
The job fair is divided into 17 specialized recruitment zones, bringing together over 480 sci-tech enterprises, research institutes, and industry leaders—including Li Auto, Songyan Power, Yinhe General Robotics, Meituan, Xiaohongshu, Kuaishou, China North Industries Group, Jinyu Group, Lepu Medical, the Institute of Brain Science and Brain-like Intelligence, and New Oriental—offering 23,000 diverse positions in fields such as AI algorithms, software development, chip design, scientific research, new media, and human resources.
In addition, the job fair has invited employers from five provinces and municipalities—Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, and Shandong—to participate. By integrating key industries and high-quality enterprise resources from northern China, the event aims to create a one-stop, precise, and end-to-end employment service platform, fully addressing the employment needs of the Beijing metropolitan area and the industrial talent demands of the broader northern region.
A distinctive feature of this job fair is the "Quick Training to Employment" service, which establishes a seamless process from job posting and short-term training to assessment and rapid onboarding, forming a closed-loop system from training to employment.
