CUTIA-B (02487) announced that the share placement was completed on September 5, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. The placement agents successfully placed a total of 28.904 million placement shares to TruMed Health Innovation Fund LP, Octagon Investments Master Fund LP, and Octagon Private Opportunities Fund II LP at a placement price of HK$8.40 per share. The gross proceeds from the placement amounted to approximately HK$243 million. The net proceeds from the placement were approximately HK$240 million.
