AAC Tech repurchases 300,000 shares; HK$11.90 million outlay lifts treasury stock to 41.19 million

Hong Kong—AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (AAC Tech) reported a further buyback of 300,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The shares were repurchased on-market at prices ranging from HK$38.60 to HK$40.16, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HK$39.66 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$11.90 million.

Capital structure impact • Issued shares (excluding treasury) declined to 1.15731 billion from 1.15761 billion, a 0.0259% reduction. • Treasury shares rose to 41.19 million, up from 40.89 million. • Total issued share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 1.19850 billion.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • The transaction was executed under the mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises AAC Tech to buy back up to 116.18 million shares. • Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now total 4.46 million shares, equivalent to 0.38% of the company’s issued share capital as at the mandate date. • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, AAC Tech is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 August 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases were conducted in compliance with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no material changes have occurred to the related explanatory statement previously filed.
