PICC Group (01339) has announced the appointment of Ms. Zhang Zhongmin as a non-executive director of the company. The appointment was made following a resolution passed by the board of directors. Ms. Zhang will also serve as a member of the Board's Strategy and Investment/Sustainable Development Committee and the Board's Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee. Her term will commence from the date her directorship is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and her qualifications are ratified by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. The appointment will last until the conclusion of the current term of the company's fifth board of directors. She will be eligible for re-election upon the expiry of her term.
