According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant position change occurred for LEADS BIOLABS-B (09887) on June 4th. The total market value of shares deposited reached HK$1.486 billion, representing 16.86% of the company's shares. A major shareholder transferred 25.8462 million shares into the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company, resulting in a 59.44% reduction in their holding proportion.

On May 20th, LEADS BIOLABS-B announced that the company had instructed the trustee to utilize plan funds of up to US$50 million in total to purchase additional H-shares on the open market at prevailing market prices, in accordance with the rules of the H-share incentive plan. The trustee had previously, as instructed by the company and following the plan rules, purchased a number of H-shares on the open market in 2025. The target shares purchased from the aforementioned activities are intended to serve as the source of award shares to be granted to grantees upon the fulfillment of relevant vesting conditions under the H-share incentive plan.
