On 24 November 2025, Hong Kong Economic Times Holdings Limited (HKET, Stock Code: 00423) announced that Executive Director Ms. See Sau Mei Salome will retire from her position with effect from 1 January 2026. According to the announcement, she has no disagreement with the Board, and there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board expressed its gratitude for Ms. See’s leadership and contributions during her tenure. As of the date of the announcement, the Board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Fung Siu Por, Lawrence; Ms. See Sau Mei Salome; and Ms. Wong Ching (who also serves as Company Secretary), one Non-executive Director Mr. Chu Yu Lun, and three Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Lo Foo Cheung, Mr. O’Yang Wiley, and Mr. Sin Hendrick.
