BIDU-W (09888) has disclosed that it spent approximately HK$49.9 million on September 18 to repurchase 561,000 of its shares.

The buyback transaction, valued at HK$49.9015 million, was executed as part of the company's ongoing capital management strategy.

Following the repurchase, the total issued share capital of the company has been adjusted accordingly, reflecting the reduction in outstanding shares.
