Kwung’s Aroma Holdings Limited issued a notice on 30 April 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.kwungs.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders—especially those whose shares are held through Hong Kong’s Central Clearing and Settlement System—to access the online documents. Non-registered shareholders who cannot view the electronic files or prefer hard copies may submit a signed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. No postage is required for mail posted within Hong Kong, and electronic requests can be sent to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders choosing electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is lodged with these intermediaries, notices of publication will continue to be sent in printed form.
