Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation (1033) reported operating income of RMB18.11 billion in the third quarter of 2025, a 0.3% increase year-on-year. Net profit attributable to equity shareholders stood at RMB176.88 million, declining 21.2% compared to the same period last year.
For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, operating income totaled RMB55.16 billion, up 0.5% year-on-year, while net profit attributable to equity shareholders reached RMB669.14 million, down 1.0% from a year earlier. During this period, net cash inflow from operating activities amounted to RMB3.10 billion.
The company recorded a total of RMB82.21 billion in newly signed contracts through the first three quarters of 2025, representing a 9.5% increase year-on-year. Of this figure, RMB42.22 billion came from contracts with China Petrochemical Corporation (up 5.9%), RMB13.72 billion from domestic external markets (down 27.8%), and RMB26.28 billion from overseas business (up 62.0%).
