MEILLEUREHEALTH (02327) announced that the group expects to achieve attributable profit of approximately HK$14 million to HK$16 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to attributable profit of approximately HK$8.2 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024.

The main reasons for the expected increase are as follows: (i) Growth in property-related business revenue and profit, primarily due to increased rental income for the six months ending June 30, 2025, and no significant changes in the fair value of investment properties held by the group, compared to significant declines in the fair value of investment properties held by the group for the six months ending June 30, 2024; (ii) Increased interest income resulting from the group's effective utilization of idle funds to provide short-term interest-bearing loans and long-term interest-bearing revolving financing to customers and related parties.

The above favorable factors were partially offset by the following adverse factors: reduced trading sales and revenue from health and medical-related products due to the continuing difficult domestic operating environment.
