Genting Singapore Limited announced that it transferred 7,067,000 treasury shares on Mar, 25 2026 to satisfy vesting under the Genting Singapore Performance Share Scheme.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury share balance fell to 6,454,350 from 13,521,350, reducing its proportion of total issued shares from 0.11% to 0.05%.

The shares transferred were valued at approximately 5.65 million Singapore dollars.
