Hong Kong-listed KPM Holding (08027) released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Revenue increased 8.7 % year-on-year to S$9.30 million, driven mainly by stronger performance in the core signage business. Gross profit expanded 36.0 % to S$4.30 million, lifting gross margin to 46.2 % from 37.0 % a year earlier.

Net profit attributable to shareholders rose 49.7 % to S$1.70 million, while basic earnings per share improved to 0.716 Singapore cents from 0.479 Singapore cents.

Segment performance • Signage business: Revenue grew 12.0 % to S$8.46 million, accounting for 91 % of total revenue. • Fitting-out and renovation: Revenue fell 40.9 % to S$0.59 million as several projects reached mid-to-end stages. • IT solution development: Newly generated revenue of S$0.25 million.

Geographically, 91 % of revenue originated from Singapore (S$8.46 million), with the remainder from mainland China (S$0.83 million).

Cost structure and expenses Selling and administrative expenses doubled to S$1.69 million, reflecting higher marketing and corporate costs. Other gains and losses recorded a net loss of S$0.02 million, versus a S$0.79 million loss in the prior period, mainly due to smaller foreign-exchange impacts.

Financial position Total assets stood at S$19.95 million, while net assets increased to S$12.94 million from S$11.22 million at end-2025. Cash and cash equivalents declined by S$0.51 million to S$2.42 million, primarily from operating cash outflows of S$0.97 million. Interest-bearing borrowings totaled S$1.02 million, lowering the gearing ratio to 5.1 % from 6.6 %.

No interim dividend was declared.

Post-period events Shareholders approved two corporate actions on 21 August 2026: 1. A change in trading board lot size from 5,000 shares to 10,000 shares. 2. A rights issue of up to 473.60 million shares at HK$0.10 each to raise up to HK$47.40 million before expenses.

Management expects continued business expansion alongside tight cost control and selective pursuit of growth opportunities in Singapore and mainland China.
