On 9 February 2026 in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China, Biosino Bio-technology and Science Incorporation released an announcement in which Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited declared they bear no responsibility for the contents. The announcement confirmed that the Board of Directors comprises three Executive Directors, one Non-executive Director, and three Independent Non-executive Directors: Chen Peng (Chairman and President), Li Zhonghua (Vice-Chairman), Chen Zhengyong, Kang Rui, Jin Tengchuan, Shen Jiangang, and Fan Xiaoliang.

The Audit Committee is led by Fan Xiaoliang as Chairman, with Jin Tengchuan and Shen Jiangang as members. The Nomination Committee is headed by Jin Tengchuan, while the Remuneration Committee is chaired by Shen Jiangang. Membership in these committees remains consistent with each Director’s respective designation within the Board.
