The Board of Directors hereby announces that it has received notification from the company's auditor, who is still collecting documents and information to complete the annual audit for the year ended December 31, 2025, and requires additional time and resources to finalize the 2025 annual audit. Due to these circumstances, the Board foresees that the company will be unable to publish the 2025 annual results in compliance with Listing Rule 13.49(1).

As of the date of this announcement, the company is actively cooperating with its auditor and assisting in completing the outstanding procedures for the 2025 annual audit. Listing Rule 13.49(3) stipulates that if an issuer is unable to publish preliminary results, it must announce its results based on financial figures that have not been agreed upon with the auditor, to the extent such information is available.

After careful consideration, the Board believes that it is not appropriate for the company to publish the unaudited management accounts for the group for the year ended December 31, 2025 at this stage, as they may not accurately reflect the group's financial performance and position, and could cause unnecessary confusion among the company's shareholders and potential investors.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 13.50, if an issuer fails to publish periodic financial information in accordance with the Listing Rules, the Stock Exchange will generally require a suspension of trading in the issuer's securities. Such suspension will typically remain in effect until the issuer publishes an announcement containing the required financial information.

Accordingly, it is currently expected that trading in the company's shares will be suspended on the Stock Exchange starting at 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026, and will continue until the company announces its 2025 annual results.
