YS DIGIFAVOR (03773) has announced that Ms. Huang Huiling has tendered her resignation from the roles of (i) Co-Company Secretary of the company; (ii) Authorized Representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules; and (iii) Authorized Representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). The resignation will take effect from March 30, 2026. Following Ms. Huang's departure from the positions of Co-Company Secretary and Authorized Representative for legal documents, the company's other Co-Company Secretary, Mr. Hong Qinghong, will continue in his role and assume the positions of the company's sole Company Secretary and Authorized Representative for legal documents. Mr. Hong Qinghong has been appointed as the Authorized Representative, effective March 30, 2026.
