Century Legend (00079) announced that on September 30, 2025, Headquarters (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) as tenant entered into a lease agreement with Luk Hoi Tong (an independent third party) as landlord for the rental of a property. The lease term runs for three years from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2028 (inclusive of both dates) for the Group's hair styling business operations in Central, Hong Kong.

The property is located at Shop No. 4 on 2nd Floor, Luk Hoi Tong Building, 31 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. The Group currently leases the property to operate hair styling and related services as well as product sales under the "Headquarters" brand.

With the current lease expiring, the new lease agreement will allow the Group to continue operations at the property and will save renovation costs that would have been incurred from relocation.
