On 29 September 2026, K. Wah International Holdings Limited announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.kwih.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders previously opting for hard-copy corporate documents will receive the printed report by mail.

The company also confirmed that, following the adoption of its new Bye-laws on 17 June 2026 and in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A, it will cease mailing physical notices of publication for future corporate communications. Instead:

• All corporate communications will be disseminated electronically via the two designated websites. • Shareholders may still request printed copies at no cost by contacting the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via email (kwah.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or post (17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong). • Actionable corporate communications—materials requiring shareholder instructions or elections—will be sent individually by email; printed copies will only be dispatched if no functional email address is on record. • Shareholders wishing to receive electronic notifications or actionable documents by email can register an address via the personalised QR code or by submitting the enclosed reply form. • Requests for printed versions of future communications will remain valid for one year from the company’s receipt of the shareholder’s written instruction.
