In recent years, Yinjing Village in Ruili City, Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, has leveraged its unique geographical advantages to create a magnificent tapestry of ethnic unity, neighborly friendship, and shared development, with culture as the bond and rule of law as the guarantee.

**Cultural Education Building Bridges of Friendship**

Yinjing Village is home to multiple ethnic groups including Dai, Han, Jingpo, De'ang, and Lisu peoples, featuring the unique characteristic of "one village, two countries." Here, culture serves as a bridge connecting friendship.

The Yinjing Border Primary School received the title of "National Model School for Ethnic Unity and Progress Creation" in 2016. The school integrates core content including excellent traditional Chinese culture, national defense knowledge, and ethnic unity education into its "five-into-classroom" program, better promoting Chinese civilization concepts, establishing neighborly friendship awareness, and serving as ambassadors of China-Myanmar friendship.

The National Gate Library serves as another cultural education base in Yinjing Village. The library's shelves are neatly arranged with multilingual books in Chinese, Burmese, Dai, and other languages, covering diverse content including Chinese classics, ethnic customs, and border culture. Through books, people can transcend cultural barriers and deepen cultural identity through knowledge exchange, allowing the concept of "Chinese nation as one family" to reach more hearts through written words.

The Chinese National Community Consciousness Theme Square is also an important venue for promoting ethnic culture and gathering unity in Yinjing Village. The square regularly hosts colorful cultural activities and thematic promotional events, showcasing the achievements of common development among China's ethnic groups in economic, cultural, and other aspects through display boards and artistic performances.

**Rule of Law Protection Building a Foundation for Neighborly Harmony**

Yinjing Village borders multiple villages in China and Myanmar, with increasingly frequent trade exchanges among border residents. To eliminate and resolve conflicts and disputes, Yinjing Village has established an "International Small Court," exploring a foreign-related conflict and dispute mediation center with township judicial offices, border police stations, border inspection station officers, village elders, and Myanmar village leaders as the main mediation body. They have established regular communication and joint mediation mechanisms to promptly mediate and calm disputes between residents of both countries when cross-border conflicts arise.

Based on rule of law protection, Yinjing Village continuously promotes cultural exchange and ethnic interaction and integration, using practical actions to inherit the "Paukphaw friendship" and forge a strong sense of Chinese national community, helping Yinjing Village become a happy border village.
