Dexin Services Group Limited (「Dexin Services,」 stock code: 02215) reported no changes to its authorized share capital for October 2025. The authorized share capital remains at HKD 50 million, comprising 5,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each.

The total number of issued shares also remained unchanged at 917,881,000, with no treasury shares reported. Under an existing share option scheme approved on 21 June 2021, no new shares were issued in October; the scheme still allows for the potential issuance of up to 100,000,000 shares.

Dexin Services additionally disclosed several share repurchases for cancellation (not yet canceled by the end of the reporting period) involving a total of 35,588,000 shares at various repurchase prices. These repurchases did not alter the total number of issued shares during October 2025.
