The cancellation, authorised by the board, lowered the company’s aggregate share count from 1,146.43 million to 1,144.76 million, a decrease of approximately 0.15%. Treasury shares fell from 12.53 million to 10.87 million, while the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) remained unchanged at 1.13 billion.
