IDREAMSKY (01119) announced that all conditions related to the capitalization agreement and the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the issuance of the subscription shares was completed on October 24, 2025. A total of 166 million shares under the capitalization agreement and 69.7756 million shares under the subscription agreement have been successfully issued according to the terms and conditions of the agreements. The issue price for both the shares under the capitalization agreement and those under the subscription agreement is HKD 1.098 per share.
