China Ting Group released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, covering nine manufacturing plants in Mainland China and Cambodia that generated 54.5% of annual revenue. The Board approved the report on 31 March 2026 and reaffirmed green transformation as a core business objective aligned with China’s “dual-carbon” goals.

Governance structures were strengthened through a CEO-led ESG management mechanism that reports regularly to the Board. Key risks identified include supply-chain disruption in Southeast Asia and rising low-carbon compliance costs in the textile dyeing segment.

Environmental metrics show mixed progress. Total energy consumption slipped 1.3% year-on-year to 53,280 MWh, aided by efficiency measures in natural-gas usage. Purchased heat and electricity accounted for 68.6% and 20.8% of the Group’s carbon footprint respectively. Overall greenhouse-gas emissions edged up 2.6% to 36,027 tCO₂-e, driven by higher Scope 1 fuel usage after including Cambodian vehicle data. Hazardous waste totalled 2,740 tonnes following expanded disclosure, while non-hazardous waste rose to 972 tonnes. Water withdrawal increased 24.7% to 631,396 m³, reflecting output growth, but packaging material usage fell 64.1% to 18 tonnes due to batch-packing initiatives.

A new Climate Change Policy targets emission mitigation, adaptation and transparent reporting. The company plans phased development of a full Scope 1-3 carbon-accounting system and scenario analysis over the next five years.

On the social front, the workforce reached 3,263 employees, of whom 87.5% received training averaging 4.35 hours. The year recorded zero fatalities and 15 work-related injuries. Employee turnover stood at 13.36%. Anti-corruption training covered 85% of staff, and no material compliance breaches or litigation were reported.

Supply-chain oversight covered 97 suppliers—approximately 85% in Mainland China—with 100% subject to procurement controls and 48% assessed for ESG practices.

Community investment focused on education and welfare; flagship brand Finity donated apparel valued at around RMB 280,000.

The report reiterates China Ting’s commitment to aligning business growth with environmental stewardship and social responsibility while enhancing resilience across its value chain.
