China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (abbrev. C TRANSMISSION) has issued a notice convening its adjourned annual general meeting (AGM) for Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Wuyi Ballroom, Grand Wuji Hotel – the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, No. 119 Software Avenue, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.

Key agenda items:

1. Financial Statements and Reports • Shareholders will vote on the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the Directors’ and auditor’s reports for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

2. Auditor Re-appointment • The Board proposes to re-appoint Prism Hong Kong Limited as the Company’s external auditor and seeks shareholder authorisation to determine its remuneration.

Share Registration Details • The register of members will be closed from Friday, 17 July 2026 to Wednesday, 22 July 2026 (both dates inclusive). • To qualify for attendance and voting rights, shareholders must lodge duly completed transfer forms and relevant share certificates with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 16 July 2026.

Proxy and Voting Arrangements • Eligible shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote on their behalf; proxies need not be shareholders. • Proxy forms, together with any relevant authority, must be deposited with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. • In accordance with Article 90 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the chairman will demand a poll vote on each resolution.

Board Composition As of the notice date (29 June 2026), the Board comprises three executive directors—Li Zubin (also Chief Executive Officer), Yuan Xiaohong and Wang Bo—and three independent non-executive directors—Lau Jing Yeung William, Lu Yuanzhu and Tse Man Kit, Keith.
