WING TAI PPT (00369) announced that on January 23, 2026, the seller, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Nation Smart Limited, entered into a contract. Pursuant to the contract, the seller has conditionally agreed to sell, and the buyer Berkeley Square (UK) Holdings Ltd has conditionally agreed to purchase the property for a consideration of £26.25 million. The net proceeds from the sale are expected to be approximately HK$255 million, which are intended to be used as the Group's general working capital. The property refers to the leasehold property at 35 Berkeley Square, London. The Group continuously monitors the market environment and periodically reviews its property investment portfolio to maximize returns for shareholders from its property investment business. The Directors believe that the sale presents a favorable opportunity for the Company to realize its investment at a reasonable price.
