Financial Street Securities Co., Limited (FIN STREET SEC) held a board meeting on 11 June 2026 and resolved to seek shareholder approval for the election of Mr. Luo Guohua as a non-executive director for the fifth board session.

Mr. Luo, aged 55, is currently Deputy Party Committee Secretary and President of Tianfeng Securities Co., Ltd. He previously held senior positions at China Construction Bank Corporation, Taiping Life Insurance Company Limited, Changjiang Securities Company Limited, and Shanghai Securities Co., Ltd. He holds bachelor’s degrees in economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (1993) and in law from Wuhan University (1998). Mr. Luo has no shareholding in FIN STREET SEC, no other positions within the Group, no directorships in other listed companies over the past three years, and no relationships with the Company’s directors, senior management or substantial shareholders. He will serve without director’s emoluments under a service contract effective from the date of shareholder approval until the end of the fifth board’s term.

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened at 10:00 a.m. on 3 July 2026 at 12/F, Tower B, Desheng International Center, No. 83 Deshengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The share register will be closed from 29 June 2026 to 3 July 2026 (both days inclusive); shareholders recorded on 3 July 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. Transfer documents must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on 26 June 2026 to the Company’s PRC head office (Domestic Shares) or to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (H Shares).
