ES SERVICES (ASX: 01995) has announced that Mr. Zhang Weicong has tendered his resignation from his positions as an independent non-executive director of the company, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee, effective June 23, 2026, due to personal work commitments.

The board of directors further announced that Dr. Chen Qihua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee, with the appointments also taking effect from June 23, 2026.
