Total share capital • Authorised capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.000025 each, equivalent to USD 25,000.

• Issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.06 % to 460.53 million, down from 460.81 million at end-May. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, stayed flat at 462.16 million.

Treasury shares and buy-backs • Treasury share balance increased to 1.63 million after five repurchase transactions on 12, 18, 23, 24 and 26 June 2026. • All repurchased shares are held as treasury stock; no cancellations were recorded.

Public float • The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25 % public float requirement as of 30 June 2026.

Equity incentive schemes • Share Option Scheme (adopted 13 Oct 2020) – 5.23 million options remained outstanding at month-end. No options were exercised in June, and there were no treasury transfers or cash proceeds. A further 37.39 million shares remain available for future grants under the scheme.

• RSU Scheme (adopted 1 Aug 2019) – No new shares were issued in June. The scheme is fully serviced by existing shares held in trust, which totalled 73.05 million as of 31 Dec 2025. Following a grant of 7.51 million RSUs on 27 Mar 2026, 9.98 million RSUs remain unvested.

Other instruments No warrants, convertible securities or additional share-issuance arrangements were outstanding during the period.
