CA Cultural Technology Group Limited (stock code: 01566) has announced a further postponement in publishing its annual results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2025. According to the announcement, additional time is required to address comments from the Stock Exchange on the independent forensic investigation report, finalize the internal control report, and complete the remaining audit procedures. The company and its auditor expect to finalize the 2025 annual results at a later date to be determined by the board.

Due to the extended delay, the company has also postponed the adjourned board meeting originally intended for reviewing and approving the 2025 annual results and considering any potential final dividend. The new date will be fixed once the relevant procedures are completed.

The company further stated that trading in its shares on the Stock Exchange has been halted since 9:00 a.m. on 21 November 2024 and will remain suspended until further notice. It will continue to provide updates to shareholders and potential investors on the progress of the audit and any subsequent developments in accordance with the Listing Rules.
