CH TREASURES NM (02439) disclosed that as of 28 February 2026, the authorized share capital remained 10.00 billion ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each, totaling HKD 100.00 million. The issued share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, and there were no treasury shares outstanding.
