According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 26, a shareholder of King's Stone Holdings Group (01943) transferred shares from Yuanku Securities to Dingshi Securities, with a transfer market value of HK$148 million, representing 20.05% of the total shareholding.

Previously, King's Stone Holdings Group announced that on September 5, 2025, the company entered into a placement agreement with a placing agent. Under the agreement, the placing agent conditionally and individually agreed to act as the company's placing agent on a best effort basis to procure not fewer than six placees (who themselves and their ultimate beneficial owners, if applicable, are independent third parties) to subscribe for up to 150 million placement shares at a placement price of HK$0.617 per placement share.
