China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTG Duty-Free, stock code 01880) has notified registered shareholders that it will migrate all future corporate communications to electronic dissemination, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the HKEX Listing Rules effective 31 December 2023.

The company stated that documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be made available in both English and Chinese on its corporate website (www.ctgdutyfree.com.cn) and on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

To ensure timely access to “Actionable Corporate Communications”—materials requiring shareholder instructions—investors are encouraged to submit a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

Shareholders who do not provide an email address will continue to receive actionable communications in printed form until an email address is supplied. Those preferring hard-copy versions of all corporate communications may request them via the reply form or by emailing cdf.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such requests remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.
