The company reported Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.36 per share, significantly beating the analyst consensus estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter reached $137.8 million, also exceeding expectations of $133.3 million and representing a 19.8% increase from the same period last year.
Furthermore, Douglas Dynamics raised its 2026 guidance, increasing its adjusted EPS outlook to a range of $2.55 to $3.05 from the previous $2.25 to $2.85. The company also lifted its full-year net sales forecast to between $750 million and $795 million, up from the prior range of $710 million to $760 million. This upward revision in guidance signals stronger-than-anticipated business performance for the remainder of the year.
