On April 29, Zeekr announced its 2026 May Day holiday travel support policy. The initiative will run from April 28 to May 5, with specific details outlined below.

The company will provide 24-hour, all-scenario complimentary road rescue services. Should vehicle malfunctions or other issues prevent safe driving during journeys, Zeekr will offer free roadside assistance including remote guidance, local key pickup and delivery, on-site diagnostics and quick repairs, professional towing, extrication from difficult situations, and rescue services on special road sections such as highways.

This free, comprehensive road rescue service is available with unlimited mileage for the first four years or 100,000 kilometers after initial vehicle delivery, whichever comes first. Beyond that period, but within six years or 150,000 kilometers, free rescue is provided for tows up to 100 kilometers one-way to a Zeekr service center.

For owners requiring repairs while traveling outside their home city due to quality-related vehicle failures that impede safe operation, if the service center cannot complete repairs on the same day, Zeekr will provide complimentary hotel accommodation at a designated location. This covers the owner and passengers, up to the vehicle's legal seating capacity, for the duration of the repair, with a maximum stay of five days and up to three rooms, at a standard not exceeding a four-star hotel, covering only room rates and taxes.

Alternatively, owners may choose to continue their journey. If the vehicle remains in another city for repair, Zeekr will provide one-way train or economy class flight tickets for the owner and passengers.

If a quality-related fault necessitates towing the vehicle to a service center during travel and repairs cannot be completed promptly, Zeekr will arrange free logistics to transport the vehicle back to the owner's city of residence. These services do not apply to repairs needed due to accidents, non-quality-related issues, or quality-related faults that do not affect drivability.

Additionally, within a 30-kilometer radius of a Zeekr service center, free mobile tire replacement is available for incidents such as blowouts or abnormal tire pressure.
