Since entering the Jinan market in 2018, SINO-OCEAN GP has developed over ten well-known projects including SINO-OCEAN Wanhua Mansion, SINO-OCEAN Plaza, SINO-OCEAN Chaogqi Dongfang, and SINO-OCEAN Kuanlue Shiguang. The company has maintained a leading position in market share for years, earning a strong reputation among clients and building a robust industrial chain, which has laid the groundwork for expanding its light-asset construction and management business.

In 2024, SINO-OCEAN Contract Management successfully secured projects including the Jinan Baoshan Park East construction project, the Zhaojiazhuang comprehensive construction project, the Xiaoliangzhuang government residential project, and the hotel site urban renewal project in Jinan, demonstrating its recognized expertise in light-asset services.

Among them, the Jinan Guanshanyue, which was managed and sold by SINO-OCEAN Contract Management, had its first phase launched in December 2024, achieving outstanding results in subscription, contract signing, and payment collection, with subscription completion rates at 140%, signing completion at 151%, and payment completion at 131%, achieving a sales disposal rate of 80%. In the first half of 2025, the project continued to experience hot sales, with constant sell-outs.
