Global Investments Limited said on Oct, 10 2025 that it transferred 36,428,702 treasury shares to shareholders under its Scrip Dividend Scheme.

Following the transfer, the company’s treasury stock fell to 47,031,539 shares from 83,460,241 shares, representing a decrease from 5.0879 % to 2.8048 % of the total listed share capital.

The shares transferred were valued at about 4.22 million Singapore dollars.
