Legendary Education Group Limited (LEGENDARY EDU) issued a shareholder notification on 29 June 2026 confirming that two key disclosures—the FY2025-2026 Annual Report and the FY2025-2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report—are now available online. Both documents can be accessed through the company’s website (https://www.legendaryedu.com) and the HKEXnews portal (https://www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications will automatically receive printed versions of the Annual Report; the ESG Report remains accessible exclusively via the websites unless a separate request is lodged.

Shareholders may request printed copies of any corporate communications at no cost by writing to Union Registrars Limited, the company’s Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar (Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong) or by emailing 8195-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries can elect to receive future corporate materials electronically by providing a functional email address to those intermediaries. If no valid email is supplied via HKSCC Nominees Limited, electronic notifications will not be delivered.
