China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (Stock Code: 00670) released updated information on its Board of Directors and respective committee memberships in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China, on 2 December 2025.

The Board comprises Chairman Wang Zhiqing, Vice Chairman and President Gao Fei, Director Cheng Guowei, Independent Non-executive Directors Sun Zheng, Lu Xiongwen, Luo Qun, Fung Wing Yee Sabrina, and Zheng Hongfeng, and Employee Representative Director Jie Xiaoqing.

Four committees support the Board’s work. The Audit and Risk Management Committee is chaired by Sun Zheng, with Lu Xiongwen and Fung Wing Yee Sabrina serving as members.
